Ritchie's Flooring is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and enhance our brand's digital presence.

Job Overview

The Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing our social media accounts across all three of our store locations. They will focus on creating engaging content and executing digital marketing campaigns. Their goal is to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and execute digital advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.
• Manage and maintain company social media accounts, ensuring branding consistency and content relevance.
• Create engaging posts and graphics using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Analyze and report on digital campaign performance to optimize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with store teams to align digital marketing strategies with local promotions and events.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, social media tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
• Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Proficiency in Google AdWords and search engine optimization (SEO) to develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns, and improve website visibility.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt content to different audiences.
• A creative mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI technology and automation is an asset but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
