PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a member of the Teleperformance team, you will be working on Inbound & outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads. You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.

Annual Base Salary starting at $40,000 with earning potential up to $54,000 based on maximizing bonus and in-year increments.

Qualifications

\xe2\x97\x8f BA/BS degree or equivalent Diploma
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to speak and write English fluently
\xe2\x97\x8f At least 1 year of experience in a sales environment
\xe2\x97\x8f Computer savvy
\xe2\x97\x8f A team player with problem solving, analytical and communication skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Passionate about sales, technology and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus
\xe2\x97\x8f Extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently and complete day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
\xe2\x97\x8f Qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads and the overall sales pipeline
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify the needs of the business and personalize the product towards the related business
\xe2\x97\x8f Properly prepare and set expectations with businesses about the onboarding and go-live process
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop a deep understanding of the onboarding requirements/processes for our product across different regions
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with businesses to collect and submit information required to complete our onboarding process
\xe2\x97\x8f Accurately advise and support businesses on each verification requirement as they work to complete the onboarding process
\xe2\x97\x8f Successfully troubleshoot or escalate issues and feedback through the appropriate channels of support
\xe2\x97\x8f Work in a fast-changing, fast-paced workplace
