Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Concord, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible to respond to sales calls, faxes, and e-mails in a responsive manner, provide technical assistance to customers, satisfy customer service issues, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education
- 1-2 Years related technical inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Metals, distribution, and/or industrial environment
- Professional customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Able to sell, negotiate, close business with new and existing customers
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
