Inside Sales Representative

Our client is a Major Distribution centre for pipe, flanges, valve & fittings. They are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who has a vast knowledge in the Industry of of pipe, valves, fittings and flanges.

This representative will be working with the customers via phone, fax and emails. They will also be in contact with vendors so building a great rapport will be a major plus.

This will be long term permanent position.

Duties:

Responsible for answering inbound sales calls from customers and internal staff members in a timely and professional manner.

Provide quotes to customers in a timely manner.

Process customer\'s requests accurately and attention to detail

Correspond with Client inquiries products and pricing.

Enter customer orders into computer system validating correct pricing & delivery

Communicates Internally with Supervisor and Outside Sales Representatives regarding servicing of the customer Account, orders, requirements, problems and concerns, and changes.

Monitors on all customer requests for information, including tracking and delivery dates, and quotes availability promptly.

Communicates with customers about any expected delays or issues with their orders

Undertakes customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner, professional manner and communicates correction process immediately.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong telephone mannerism along with oral & written communication

Exception Microsoft computer skills, word, outlook, excel, data entry, typing

Product knowledge Steel Tubular piping products

Minimum High School Diploma. A Post-Secondary Diploma or Technical/engineering certification an asset
