GLB is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and hardworking craft beer lover to join our growing team in a sales and administrative capacity. The primary focus of this position, but not exclusively, is providing support to our Retail Channel team through customer relations and administrative activities. The position is extremely task driven and needs an individual who is able to multi-task and deal with customers, suppliers and the GLB Team as a whole, with communication being of the utmost importance. This role will touch all areas of the company from time to time, production, sales, logistics etc.

Key Accountabilities and Activities
Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely entry into ordering systems
Coordinate with Inside Sales Manager to confirm product availability, shipping timelines, and delivery requirements
Monitor order status and proactively communicate any changes, delays, or substitutions to customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers through regular phone, email, and virtual engagement
Support the Outside Sales team by following up on leads and handling reorders
Monitor account purchasing trends and identify opportunities for upselling or re-engagement
Schedule and confirm deliveries with customers, ensuring they meet agreed timelines and comply with any special delivery requirements
Work closely with drivers, third-party couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and in full
Track deliveries in real-time where possible, proactively resolving issues such as missed windows, routing changes, or damaged goods
Follow up with customers post-delivery to confirm receipt and satisfaction, and to address any discrepancies
Manage all internal invoices by scanning on to our internal database
Delivering product when needed to ensure customers are stocked up
Represent the brewery's values and culture in all communications, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience
Maintain strong product knowledge, including seasonal and specialty releases, to provide informed recommendations to customers
Necessary Knowledge and Experience
Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Beverage/Alcohol industry experience or within a similar CPG environment.
Exhibits flexibility, creativity and resourcefulness with sound business acumen to create a positive, collaborative culture within the team, the brewery and our markets
Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple priorities at one time, to deliver results on time
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite 365, Google Drive
Smart Serve Certified
Education and Certification Requirement/s
Completion of post-secondary education
Glass 'G' Drivers Licence and clean drivers abstract
Minimum 1 years of demonstrated experience coordinating inside sales
Prud'homme Beer Certification an asset
