We are seeking a
highly organized and motivated Inside Sales Coordinator
to join our team in
Kelowna, BC
. We are also open to individuals outside of Kelowna who are near an E360S office. This role is a key point of contact for our customers and internal sales team, helping to drive business growth through exceptional customer service, lead coordination, and sales support. Please note this is a hybrid role with office time expected each week.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary support for the sales team by managing inbound inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up on leads.
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
Maintain CRM records, update customer accounts, and track sales activities to support business development.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring prompt responses and exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service (waste management or environmental services experience an asset but not required).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred.
A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
