Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes Cooking Naan in Tandoor and TandoorI Dishes are a must Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality food service Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Collaborate with management on inventory control, ordering supplies, and cost management Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff Handle customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with restaurant management practices and operational standards Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
