South Indian Chef - Dosa Speciallist
We are seeking an experienced South Indian Chef with strong expertise in preparing a wide variety of authentic dosas. The ideal candidate will be skilled in dosa batter preparation, dosa making (traditional & fusion), and accompanying items like chutneys and sambar.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook different varieties of dosas (masala, onion, rava, set, etc.)
Maintain taste, quality, and consistency of dishes
Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Manage batter preparation and storage
Assist with menu development and new dosa varieties
Requirements:
Proven experience as a South Indian Chef (specializing in dosas)
Knowledge of South Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
