  • You have a minimum of three (3) years\' experience working in a customer service or sales role and working with a wide range of diverse clients and/or complex client situations
  • You have experience working in the public sector and/or with immigration and newcomers
  • You have a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline. ** An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.**
  • You have experience using Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce and are adept at everyday business technology including Microsoft, Social Media and other communication technology
  • You are professional with a high degree of integrity and accountability
  • You are innovative, organized, proactive and team oriented
  • You are personable and can manage client relationships
  • You are at your best when you are challenged and thrive on setting and meeting targets
  • You are skilled at effectively communicating ideas, orally, visually and in-print

As an Immigration Navigator, you will:
  • Report to the Manager, Business Navigation
  • Provide businesses and individuals with one-on-one, personalized support
  • Ensure businesses are successful in recruiting and/or retaining newcomers
  • Guide individuals through the various programs and paths to immigration
  • Create and manage strong relationships with partners to ensure awareness of the ecosystem
  • Secure critical resources and information quickly to meet the needs of businesses and individuals by leveraging internal and external relationships and sourcing resources and information directly
  • Gather information and assess the need of an in-depth analysis carried out by our Client Engagement team or the Working NB Office
  • Proactively contact businesses and partners to ensure a positive relationship and ongoing success
Language: The position requires written and spoken competence in English. Please state your language capability. Operational requirements: The one position is located in Fredericton. Occasional travel within the province may be required and you may be required to work beyond normal business hours (8:15 am-4:30 pm) in response to client needs. What can ONB offer you?
