Job Description

We are looking for a full time Assistant to Immigration Consultant. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Immigration team.Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • provide secretarial and administrative support;
  • preparing and filing immigration forms; drafting letters and documents; organizing meetings; scheduling couriers;
  • follow up on applications and assist in job advertisement process;
  • receiving clients and other individuals by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing enquiries;
  • managing opening of files and progress of files;
  • perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience in immigration service is an asset;
  • Someone who can handle high volume;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills fluent in English and must be able to speak Chinese (Mandarin);
