- Preparing and managing the lifecycle of Canadian temporary and permanent resident applications, including document collection, reviews, submission writing and caselaw research.
- Representating applicants in their immigration applications.
- Responding to client inquiries by email and telephone.
- Answering potential client inquiries via phone and email.
- Conducting legal consults for permanent and temporary applications.
- Ensuring timelines and deadlines, such as expiry dates, are tracked and met.
- Scheduling appointments and meeting with clients, as needed.
- A licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in good standing
- 1-2 years of immigration-related experience working with various temporary, permanent and inadmissibility cases.
