Job Type: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Salary: $42,000 to $45,000 annual plus incentives
 
We are looking for an experienced Immigration Case Specialist.
 
Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in processing immigration applications for Sponsorship, PNP, LMIA, Express Entry and extensions.
 

Language
Fluent English, Bilingual Punjabi, Hindi an asset
 
Skills
Candidate should possess fair knowledge about procedural and processing requirements for non-immigrant and immigrant visas; all type of permanent residence applications, Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and other temporary residence permits i.e., work, study, visitor, super visa. 
 
Candidate must have knowledge of - how to Draft and formulate applications for a range of immigration cases.
 
 
 
 
Job Responsibilities
Gather and submit applications to relevant government agencies.
Performing legal research as required for Drafting documents.
Assist clients with filling out forms, submit, monitor, track, and report on all filed applications.
To provide client support with respect to all Canadian immigration matters
Case management of various applications
Following up and organization of files.
 
Additional Skills
Advanced document management skills
Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Readiness to perform extensive research, both electronically and otherwise
