Immigration Assistant Job at Hopewell Immigration Services - Surrey, BCHopewell Immigration Services is looking for an Immigration Assistant with at least 2 years of experience who is ready to grow their career and expand their legal knowledge in the field of Immigration.Successful candidates will be working full-time for a minimum of 40 hours per week handling immigration files within a professional team environment.:
- Hands-on preparing immigration applications, including supporting documents as per the specific immigration program requirements, including but not limited to Work Permits, LMIA's Visitor Visa, Supervisa BCPNP, Express entry etc.
- File management and attention to client details
- Candidate with completed Immigration Assistant Program or with prior experience of 1 - 2 years will be an asset for the position.
- Prepare correspondence, reply to emails,
- General office duties: filing, scanning, copying, emailing, etc.
- Must be able to work independently and without little or no direct supervision
- Bachelor Degree / Post-Secondary Diploma.
- Prior experience in the same position with an immigration firm
- Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, power point and other software use
- Must have a strong work ethic and conscientious
