The Role at the Triumph Group of Companies
The Human Resources Specialist for the Triumph Group of Companies will provide overall support for leaders and employees. The position is a balance of driving strategic initiatives while driving day-to-day tactical operations. The position requires the candidate to partner with the CEO, COO, President, and Triumph Group Vice-Presidents to ensure the implementation, and monitoring of company HR strategies and solutions, with a focus on driving success and meeting business goals and objectives, while improving working relationships, building morale, increasing productivity, and supporting the Triumph Group\xe2\x80\x99s PeopleFirst culture. The position will partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation, and employee relations. *

What You Bring
  • Ability to provide strategic HR support
  • Sound knowledge of employee relations practices
  • Knowledge of Canadian employment and practiced and regulations
  • Detail oriented and task focused
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications
  • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 7+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as an HR professional leading an organization, subsidiary, or region
  • Experience leading a team of HR professionals
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with course work in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
