The Human Resources Generalist provides support to our people and coordinates all human resource programs, including recruiting, onboarding, coordination of training and employee relations, as well maintain our human resources information system. This position will report to and support the Manager of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, innovative, and experienced in human resources, can think outside the box, apply practical knowledge and skills, and collaborate with all teams within the firm. The focus will be on the employees\xe2\x80\x99 experience, ensuring it aligns with our firm values. Travel will be required to attend all of our offices in Simcoe County. Education: Graduate of post-secondary program in Human Resources Management, with 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience across all human resources functions or similar related experience as a generalist in human resources department.   • Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is an asset or related system for HRIS/Pay system, and experienced with payroll support or knowledge of payroll processes is a definite asset.
