Position: Human Resources Generalist - Manufacturing
Location: MontrealAre you a motivated, HR Coordinator looking for your next challenge and to get that next rung in the HR ladder to generalist?
Our client is on the hunt for a Human Resources Coordinator / Generalist who will oversee the Montreal plant, with 50 non-unionized employees.

You will oversee:
- HR service delivery
- Coach and develop Front Line Supervisors
- Worker\'s Compensation and Safety
- HR project support
- Policies and procedures/communication
- Rewards and recognition
The Ideal Candidate\'s Profile:

- Bachelor\'s degree, certificate or equivalent in human resources management or a related field, such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology (CHRA an asset)
- 2-5 years\' experience as a Generalist or Coordinator (manufacturing background a must)
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of HR legislation
- Bilingualism to communicate with the head office in Ontario
