Role Description:
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Generalist (HRG), the Human Resources Administrator (HRA) will be responsible for supporting the HR function servicing employees and operations across the Atlantic provinces. More specifically, the Human Resources Administrator will support policy and personnel records, data management, recruitment, training and development, performance management, labour relations, employee engagement and more. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advance their skillset within an operationally focussed environment and gain exposure to all functions of HR and in return, you will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package including access to their benefits and pension programs.
