We hire great people who work hard at delivering great results for clients within a flexible, autonomous workplace. We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role will support our HR Manager and will be focused on human resources support for our internal operations.

Responsibilities

The HR Administrator will primarily be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, facilitating employee onboarding, and contributing to various HR initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and strategies that align with our goals and values.
  • Assist in the analysis and creation of reports based on HR metrics on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the employee onboarding process.
  • Assist with group benefits administration, onboarding new employees, tracking employee changes, and assist with annual renewal and plan changes.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, posting job ads, communicating with candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the tracking of jobs, candidates, applications, and interviews in our ATS (applicant tracking system)
  • Assist with finding and applying for funding opportunities for new graduates and students.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following criteria:
  • Post-secondary education in related field and 2 years of previous HR-related experience
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws, regulations and HR practices
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Adept at maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Experience using Microsoft suite, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Experience with JazzHR, Ceridian and Kantata would be an asset but not essential
  • Eagerness for learning and staying updated on HR best practices and trends.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
