Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator coordinates and carries out Human Resources activities, providing support to the management team in managing them to achieve the company\'s strategic objectives. He/she provides administrative management and ongoing support for all company operations, and takes charge of administrative activities and tasks relating to human resources. Duties include:

  • Processing, verifying and recording HR related information and documentation such as recruitment, training, labor relations, performance reviews.
  • Preparing and producing documents and various presentations via Microsoft Suite;
  • Responding to inquiries from staff and the public through various means of communication (phone, email or in writing) about HR;
  • Maintaining and update computerized filing systems;
  • Data entry, scanning and filing of documents/files;
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of new computer systems;
  • Monitor information related to employee files via the various computer systems;
  • Collaborate on HR activities, employee experience and various events.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma of Collegial Studies in Administrative Technology or Attestation of Collegial Studies in Human Resources Management, recognized in Quebec;
  • 5 years\' relevant work experience in HR and/or administration;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint - advanced level)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines;
  • Autonomous and organized;
  • Ability to adapt and willing to learn;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French;
  • Bilingualism an asset.

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, daytime
  • Job status : Part-time or permanent
