- Minimum 1 year of experience in full payroll cycle and Human Ressource
- Experience in using ADP Work Force Now
- Highly ambitious, proactive go-getter, adept communicator, and enthusiastically committed to continuous learning and growth
- Knowledge of Quebec Labor StandardsMain Responsibilities:- Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Inputting employee data into HRIS
- Handling health insurance enrollment/termination
- Coordinating vacation requests and social events
- Preparing payroll entries and maintaining training database
- Conducting exit interviews and updating manuals
- Managing general HR tasks and safety procedures
