The Drive Ahead

Complete Human Resource Generalist duties, including recruitment. onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and benefit claims management Payroll Administration including data entry and payroll audits to ensure our payroll and HR data is the trusted source Tracking and reviewing time and attendance through payroll software Ensuring the confidentiality of all employee information Assisting with assigned HR and payroll projects that focus on our commitment to continuous improvement A commitment to becoming an ADP super user

Performance Essentials

1-2 years of experience in HR and Payroll Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working HCM System software and digital tools Full-time availability -- typically Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed (approx. 40 hours/week)
