Position: Human Resources Payroll Coordinator - Fashion Industry
Location: Saint-Laurent - hybrid
Salary: $60K to $68K per year (based on experience)

- Minimum education of a DEC in Human Resources field or higher education
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll and Human Resource
- Highly ambitious, proactive go-getter, adept communicator, and enthusiastically committed to continuous learning and growth
- Knowledge of Quebec Labor Standards
Main Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Inputting employee data into HRIS
- Handling health insurance enrollment/termination
- Coordinating vacation requests and social events
- Preparing payroll entries and maintaining training database
- Conducting exit interviews and updating manuals
- Managing general HR tasks and safety procedures
- Assisting with special projects and administrative duties
