Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this position promotes organizational excellence by supporting and leading SIGA\'s initiatives relating to HR processes and activities.
Responsibilities include: Leading the selection of SIGA\'s online channels and measuring their effectiveness. Leading the development and enhancement of SIGA\'s online software applications. Providing recommendations to management in order to improve SIGA\'s employee and/or candidate experience and online processes. Assisting Central Office managers in handling their day-to-day HR activities. Participating in other activities and projects as required, in support of HR priorities.
