The Rafih Automotive Group is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join their Team! As a professional HR Generalist you will be directly responsible for human resource functions such as, but not limited to, hiring, training, overseeing the onboarding process of new employees, training company employees about corporate policies and procedures, and providing general support to our dealership team members. In addition, your knowledge and input will help form overall group HR policies and direction for the larger group located in the Windsor area. This role will serve Rafih Auto Group dealerships located in the GTA, Mississauga, and London markets. The position will be located either in Brampton or Toronto. Some travel will be required between dealerships as the business dictates ( 30-40%). General Duties and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Implement and administer employee policies and promote positive employee relations \xc2\xb7 Coordinate annual performance review process \xc2\xb7 Manage and monitor performance-related issues and implement changes that could increase productivity \xc2\xb7 Working closely with our General Managers and department managers to provide recruiting assistance and candidate screening and assessment \xc2\xb7 Work closely with our Controllers to ensure payroll-related issues/concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Select the most qualified candidates and maintain relationships with employment agencies \xc2\xb7 Assist in improving company policies and procedures \xc2\xb7 Handle termination-related matters and prepare termination and severance letters \xc2\xb7 Provide training and support to other team members of the human resources department \xc2\xb7 Comprehensive knowledge of Federal and provincial legislation Skills and Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Candidates with a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources management or a degree in a related discipline will be given preference. Minimum 2 years\' experience in an HR Generalist role. \xc2\xb7 A strong understanding of best practices and current regulations specific to HR \xc2\xb7 Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills \xc2\xb7 Conflict management skills \xc2\xb7 Strong decision-making skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in software like MS Office and Google Docs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits:
