Reporting to the

Human Resources Manager

and working closely with our club leadership teams, the

HR & Payroll Administrator

plays a key role in supporting over

700 employees

across our company. Whether you're just starting out or have 1-2 years of HR/payroll experience, we're excited to train and support the right candidate who's eager to learn, grow, and contribute.


What You'll Be Doing:



Be the first friendly contact for new hires: onboard team members into our HR, payroll, and time-tracking systems (Rise). Run the show on pay day: process semi-monthly payroll for 700+ hourly and salaried employees--including bonuses, commissions, overtime, and statutory holidays. Stay organized behind the scenes: maintain digital employee files, generate HR and payroll reports, and process ROEs and T4s. Champion employee benefits: manage eligibility and enroll team members in the company plan. Support company growth: occasionally help with recruitment for club leadership and personal training roles. Partner with the Human Resources Manager on a variety of people-focused projects and initiatives.

What You Bring to the Team:



A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related program. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR/payroll role. Payroll certification is a plus, but not required. Comfortable using Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of attention to detail. Friendly, approachable, and professional--great at communicating with team members across all levels. Flexible and dependable--you're willing to do what it takes to ensure payroll is processed on time.
