POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Administration to join our diverse team based out of our Saskatoon office.

Employment - Temporary, Covering Leave position

Expected Start Date - December 1, 2025

RESPONSIBILITIES

Full cycle hiring, recruitment, and onboarding Tracking monthly data reports Maintain all employee entry information Provide ongoing support to new and existing employees Maintain a professional image and a high level of service with customers and co-workers during all contact, displaying positive behaviour, attitude, and work habits

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Strong verbal, oral, and written communication skills Detail oriented, organized, and efficient Adeptness with technology Able to work individually, as well as leading within a team environment Advanced computer and technology proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS

REQUIREMENTS

1+ years experience of related Human Resource experience (experience in the construction industry is considered essential) Maintain a clean driving and drug and alcohol clearance Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Criminal Record Check
