Responsibilities

Assist in managing hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution to enhance guest satisfaction. Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and managing reservations. Collaborate with the Hotel Manager on budgeting and financial management to optimize hotel performance. Implement training programs for new staff members to uphold service standards. Maintain effective communication between departments to ensure seamless operations. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel premises.

Skills

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Experience in human resources practices related to hiring, training, and employee relations. Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services management. Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests. Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting is preferred. Strong phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries professionally. Knowledge of budgeting processes within the hospitality industry is advantageous. A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
