Key Responsibilities:

Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Handle budgets, financial reporting, and operational planning.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Support the Hotel Manager in achieving operational goals (for Assistant Manager role).
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hotel management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of hospitality software and basic financial management.
