We are seeking experienced, motivated, and customer-focused professionals to join our team as an

Assistant Manager

. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient management. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Maintain high standards of guest service, safety, and cleanliness. Handle budgets, financial reporting, and operational planning. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Support the Hotel Manager in achieving operational goals (for Assistant Manager role).

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of hotel management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of hospitality software and basic financial management.
