This is a full-time position, for people who love Nature and the Outdoors and are looking for a change in scenery. Housing is provided and you will be assisted with relocation costs. • Oversee hotel operations, housekeeping and front desk staff, infrastructure, and property
• Will be back up to front desk with incoming calls
• Help establish and maintain workplace policies
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest experience
• Oversee payables and accounts
• Work with contractors to maintain hotel infrastructure

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or related fields
• Ability to lead organizational change and build strong relationships with staff and local stakeholders
• Strong foundation in business administration or hospitality management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very Organized, Strong analytical and teamwork skills
• Familiar with basic accounting
• Proficiency with technology and software and ability to learn new systems quickly
• BC Driver\'s license
