We are seeking an experienced cook to provide food preparation and service for our from-scratch menu in our cafeteria. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, a strong understanding of food safety practices, and the ability to create daily specials and menu items.
Responsibilities
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Collaborate with management to develop weekly seasonal menus that reflect customer preferences and trends.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Provide friendly service to our clients during service hours
Qualifications
Previous cook experience
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
