Bayview Flowers is a family-run organization that operates under 240,000 square feet of greenhouses, specializing in the cultivation of potted plants and cut flowers. This position reports directly to the Hardgoods Manager. The Hard Goods Supply Administrator plays a critical role in supporting inventory management, and logistical coordination of hard goods. This position ensures accurate tracking, documentation, and flow of hard goods from the iCube to the warehouses, maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities



Manage hard goods inventory supplies to support greenhouse and production departments. Manage the iCube storage system. This includes setting up new item codes, utilizing the software to pull required hardware, performing general maintenance, and overseeing service calls. Use the ERP (NAV) system to receive work orders, adjust stock, locate stock, and identify discrepancies. Receive count, inspect inventory and update in NAV. Cyclical counting of inventory in the iCube and warehouse. Coordinate hard goods deliveries/pickups to and from the warehouse. Respond to last-minute production changes. Organize and complete the "execute by vendor" process for external vendors. This includes generating ERP reports, creating invoices, and preparing hard goods to be shipped. Assist other departments with changes in hard goods and requests. Plan for daily requirements as information becomes available. Maintain NAV and iCube inventory and take counts, as necessary, to ensure stock accuracy. Responsible for Walmart price tags and banner counts. Responsible for scheduling container deliveries, tracking and updating. As well as arranging offloading. Send internal notifications when inventory is low. Make recommendations for the management of dated inventory. Work with management and the sales team to ensure availability. Perform general maintenance and organization of the inventory storage system. Operate a reach forklift efficiently and safely.

Qualifications:



Must have a post-secondary education 3-5 years' experience in a related field. Attention to detail. Working knowledge of the procurement process and procedure. Creativity in problem-solving. Excellent computer skills. Strong interpersonal, priority management, organizational, and administrative skills. Working on small and large projects in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communications. Disciplined, self-motivated, and directed.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
