Top Hand Supplies is the raw pet food manufacturer of Pets Go Raw, located in Cranbrook, BC. We are seeking a

detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator

to support daily logistics, inventory, and procurement operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the smooth, timely coordination of all inbound and outbound freight and related documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the coordination of procurement, inventory, warehousing, and transportation operations Complete logistics paperwork and third-party logistics (3PL) documentation for outbound freight, including bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, shipping labels, and carrier-specific forms Handle customer requests related to order status, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines via phone and email, providing timely and accurate updates on shipment ETAs Support purchase order creation, invoice processing, and data entry tasks Maintain accurate records of logistics and inventory-related transactions Support physical inventory counts and cycle counting activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and customer service Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management Familiarity with shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing slips, and shipping labels Proven track record of maintaining inventory accuracy and conducting effective cycle counts Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (Excel proficiency is required) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities Experience handling customer service inquiries related to shipment tracking, order status, and delivery timelines Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments including production, customer service, and sales across departments, including production, customer service, and sales
