The incumbent of this role will interpret customer requests and manage post-award requirements between CES, our valued vendor partners and the successful contractor. The candidate will follow proven project administration processes to deliver value to our customers in a timely and accurate manner and to the highest of industry standards.

What we're looking for:



Work in partnership with selected vendors Track review and process shop drawing for approval/record process Work closely with coordination and branch employees in coordinating best solution for customer Provide completed documentation of packages in timely manner Provide follow up on projects and answer any questions pertaining to submitted proposals Assist the project coordinator and branch during the life cycle of the project Answer customers and branch questions and requests in a timely and professional manner Assist in the tracking and managing of billing to ensure invoiced in timely manner Responsible for tracking change notifications from customers/suppliers and updating paperwork/orders Maintain and strengthen supplier and customer working relationships.

Minimum Requirements



Excellent communicational and organizational skills required Strong time management and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure with closing deadlines Good working knowledge of excel, word, outlook, adobe Must be personable, sales orientated and possess a great work ethic Strategic thinking and analytical skills Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility and ownership of project

Knowledge and understanding of electrical industry and products Technical knowledge of electrical distribution products and solutions Established vendor/ customer relationships
