We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills in maintenance and repair, with a strong focus on customer service and facilities upkeep. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship in commercial settings.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a commercial property, ensuring all work meets quality & safety standards. Execute tasks involving basic electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC as needed. Oversee painting projects, ensuring quality finishes that meet customer expectations.
Experience
Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Strong leadership skills with prior supervisory experience is advantageous. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
