About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and versatile

Handyman

to provide general property maintenance services across multiple locations. This role involves responding to on-call requests for repairs, upkeep, and minor renovations to keep our properties safe, functional, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, possibly including but not limited to: Basic plumbing (fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures) Basic electrical work (changing light fixtures, outlets, switches) Carpentry (repairing doors, cabinets, furniture) Painting, drywall patching, and touch-ups Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs General exterior work (fencing repairs, minor landscaping, seasonal upkeep) Conduct routine inspections and identify potential maintenance issues. Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with property management about work status and needs for supplies or further repairs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of issues. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair practices. Ability to work independently and travel between multiple properties as required. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Own basic tools (specialty tools provided as needed). Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
