Larlyn Property Management is looking for an experienced Handyman Maintenance Technician to support our

Southwestern Ontario

portfolio.


This position is a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can work independently or within a team.





Daily general maintenance tasks may include:



Prepare a unit for re-renting: cabinet hardware adjustments, replace bathroom ceiling fans, replace light fixtures, etc. Minor plumbing Outside maintenance work. ie. install/re-level patio stone walkways, gardening, minor landscaping Dry Wall patching and installation including taping, mudding and sanding to prepare walls for painting Painting - Interior and Exterior Fence, Deck, Gate, Railings, Stairs repairs and construction Build walls and partitions Assemble furniture, desks, credenza, chairs, etc. Install, clean, repair eaves troughs, down spouts Trouble shoot leaks, rattles, whines, hums, and other noises to determine source and problem Basic Heating and Cooling system maintenance and repair Performs general clean up of facilities.




Skills should include:




Strong Customer Skills Fluent in English Time Management is a Must Able to complete paperwork neatly and accurate Dependable

Must have own tools and vehicle (truck or trailer preferable) to be eligible for this opportunity.

This position is required to be available for on-call duties on a rotating basis with other employees.



We offer a salary position at a competitive wage and a benefit package.



Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.



Based out of our London office.





Salary Range:

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
