We are seeking a talented and passionate experienced Hair Stylist to join our down to earth team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blonding, extensions, social media and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients.

Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cuts, coloring, head spas, and extensions tailored to individual client needs. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Want to further your own education and be apart of our classes Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Strong retail sales experience is preferred but not required. Exceptional communication skills that enhance client interactions and team collaboration. A valid cosmetology license is required. Existing Social media & clients required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
