Key Responsibilities

Perform a full range of professional hair services: Cutting, colouring (root, full colour, highlights, balayage, lowlights), styling (blowouts, updos), and treatments (keratin, oil, deep conditioning) Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation Build strong, lasting client relationships with top-tier service and consultation Confidently

recommend and sell retail products

to enhance client satisfaction and increase income Collaborate with team members while working independently when needed Support with basic front desk tasks and contribute to salon's social media presence Stay updated on latest industry trends, products, and techniques

What We're Looking For

Licensed hairstylist with 5+ years of experience

Strong technical skills across all services and hair types

Ability to bring your own clients

is highly preferred and strongly encouraged Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about personal and professional growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working solo and contributing to a collaborative team Prior experience with product sales is a strong asset.

Pay: $17.20-$30.34 per hour
