Responsibilities:

Perform beautiful blow outs, braids & up-dos, bridal and hair extension services within a designated time frame.

Deliver exceptional customer service

Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups to meet targeted goals

Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities

Work collaboratively and support your teammates

Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Proficient in hair styling techniques and trends Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices in a salon environment Ability to effectively upsell products and services Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Experience in retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:

bridal hair/updos: 1 year (preferred) flat iron use for curls and smoothing hair: 1 year (required) curling wand: 1 year (required) hair styling: 1 year (required) pin set curls: 1 year (required)
Language:

Fluent English (required)
Licence/Certification:

Hair Stylist Certification from a Canadian Beauty School (required)
