JOB TITLE: Growth Marketing Manager
REPORTS TO: North America Marketing & Communications Manager
LOCATION: Remote within Canada

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing powerful integrated marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness, penetration, and engagement among our retail partner and dealer accounts.

You will work with the North America Marketing & Communications Manager to create, execute, and monitor the performance of paid, earned and owned media and provide the resources required to meet sales objectives. Your background in retail marketing and paid campaigns will pave the way for a robust strategy to get feet in door for our retail channel partners and increase sales with trade partners across Canada and the US. Our focus is on Livestock feed.

Your primary duty is to ensure marketing campaigns and social media activities achieve their objectives. You will leverage your experience to lead the social media strategy, create and post engaging content and manage our social community. This is roll up your sleeve position with a lot of responsibility, stakeholder engagement and exposure to senior sales management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business, including successful social media ad campaigns that generate marketing and sales-qualified leads (MQL / SQL)
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
  • Work with external agency partners to brief-in projects. Experience in creating marketing briefs for agency work is required.
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members for the successful implementation of ad campaigns
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results and share these with the TNNA Marketing & Communications Manager and highlights to the marketing team.
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Respond to customer queries through social networks tied to the active campaigns
  • Work with relevant influencers or complementary brands to grow the company's social following.
  • Work with colleagues in the marketing department and graphic designers to create compelling content for publications or campaigns.
  • Support organic social media content creation and community management for our multiple social media brand sites, including Trouw Nutrition Canada & Hi-Pro Feeds Canada.
  • Audit the Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager and other ad placement channels for best in class set up and make any necessary changes.
  • Support the marketing team as needed
What you'll bring to the role:
  • 5-7 years experience in managing and running large national ad campaigns
  • Retail store advertising for a national brand, or food industry / CPG experience preferred
  • An understanding of the set up and technical needs for setting up digital ad campaigns (i.e. pixels, manager accounts, permission settings for agency support, media buys for traditional placements for print & radio, etc)
  • Bilingual (English / French) an asset
  • Digital and traditional marketing experience and solid comfort in both areas.
  • Email marketing and marketing automation experience a bonus.
