As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for proactively driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through creative marketing techniques. In this individual contributor role, you will leverage your skills in digital marketing, advanced experience with HubSpot CRM, and creativity to identify growth opportunities, design and implement experiments and optimize marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and growth hacking techniques, as well as a proven track record of successfully scaling marketing efforts to achieve business objectives We?re looking for someone who?s entrepreneurial, has an eye for data, and ready to roll up their sleeves from project ideation to execution. Your highest priority in this role will be driving lead engagement and conversion. Detailed Description:

  • Develop B2B email content and marketing campaigns to nurture and engage mid funnel leads in HubSpot.
  • Develop email campaigns and content to drive top-of-funnel lead conversion and landing page traffic growth.
  • Analyze and report on email campaign results: campaigns conversion rates, asset downloads rates, etc.
  • Lead the funnel / landing page improvements with our marketing team to grow site conversion rates.
  • Conduct quarterly competitor analysis and report on findings.
  • Develop and own content calendar, including managing timelines for communications and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to create effective paid media/SEO campaigns that drive top of funnel growth and web traffic.
  • Create, manage, and improve workflows in HubSpot (Marketing and Sales Hubs).
  • Create weekly/monthly HubSpot reports and metrics that analyze campaign performance, identify asset trends, and create opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Run A/B growth-oriented testing and experiments with various marketing channels such as CTAs, forms, landing pages, etc.
You must have:
  • A minimum of 5 years? experience working in a digital marketing capacity, preferably in B2B SaaS marketing with a company in Canada or US.
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs) ? Certification of HubSpot tools will be required.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth in managing and executing successful marketing projects resulting in increased lead acquisition, customer engagement, and product awareness.

  • Have intermediate knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
  • SEO knowledge.
  • Demonstrated writing ability [e.g., blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, etc.].

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Benefits:
