About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager, Funnel Optimization with over 5 years of experience in building, managing, and optimizing digital marketing funnels. In this role, you will oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of our customer acquisition funnels. Your expertise in conducting A/B testing, in collaboration with our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, will be crucial. You will work closely with the creative, paid media, and data teams to ensure all funnel projects are launched successfully and optimized for maximum efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, build, and manage all aspects of our customer acquisition funnels, ensuring they are aligned with our growth objectives. These may include but are not limited to: automated webinar funnel, VSL Funnel, book funnel, channel funnel, lead magnet funnel, challenge funnel, etc.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other conversion optimization strategies in partnership with the CRO Specialist to improve funnel performance.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, paid media, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization of funnels.
  • Analyze funnel performance data, using advanced tracking tools to inform decisions and improve conversion rates and overall ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in funnel optimization and growth hacking techniques to keep our acquisition strategies innovative and effective.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the funnel optimization team.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, offering clear and actionable insights derived from funnel performance data and testing results.

  • Conversion Optimization: Achieve significant improvements in funnel conversion rates through systematic A/B testing and optimization efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Drive cohesive and collaborative efforts across teams, ensuring funnel strategies are integrated with creative and media buying initiatives.
  • Growth Achievement: Deliver on growth targets by effectively managing and optimizing acquisition funnels to increase customer base and revenue.
  • Innovative Strategies: Regularly implement new and innovative strategies within the funnels to stay ahead of the curve in customer acquisition techniques.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize advanced tracking and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions, enhancing the effectiveness of our marketing funnels.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing with a specific focus on channel management and optimization.
  • Proven track record of improving funnel performance and conversion rates.
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and funnel optimization tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage projects across different teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for clear and effective cross-functional coordination.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
