Grill Person

to join the team!

The Wendy's Grill Person maximizes the guest experience and taste of our food by cooking small batches of products, several times during the shift, ensuring freshest and juicy food all day. Our customers are our number one priority, and if you feel the same way, you are guaranteed to succeed with Wendy's.

The Grill Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Filter oil fryers daily Operate specific cooking equipment, cut food products, and/or prepare orders. Unload delivery truck at least 2 times a week Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms Maintain outside grounds Assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines. Take out and empty trash
