App Growth Network is a leading mobile app marketing agency based in North America. We are a team of mobile growth enthusiasts driven to see our global client's apps succeed. We work with innovative mobile app companies in a variety of areas including health & wellness, gaming, social networking and business to change the world, one app at a time. Location and Working Conditions: Candidate must be based Vancouver, B.C, this position is remote/work from home). Must be available to attend office meetings 1-2 times a month if needed.Purpose: This dual function position will report to the Senior Marketing and Creative Manager, and will play an important role by coordinating and creating marketing materials to support the business. The position will be responsible for, but not limited to, creating and designing various materials for print and digital collateral, handling consumer and customer marketing inquiries, and managing the image database. This position will work closely with our marketing and communications team and cross-departmentally with our sales and ASO teams.Job Responsibilities:
Design client and company material including app store screenshots, advertisements, eBooks, social media calendars, presentations, promotional materials, and website elements. Assist with design briefs for clients when necessary. Provide feedback on app UI when necessary.

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.

• Meet with clients or other team members to determine requirements

and vision for design elements, which may include multiple strategy meetings.

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.

• Perform retouching and manipulation of images

• Coordinate and design bi-annual specialty catalogs for various regions and language requirements with cross-departmental input.

• Monitor your email inboxes, responding to consumer and customer inquiries.

• Support additional internal and external marketing and graphic design requests as required.

• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.

Job RequirementExperience:

• Minimum five (5) years work experience in graphic design or agency environment

Knowledge

• Proven graphic designing experience

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma)

• UX/UI knowledge is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

• Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.

• Possess ability to work in cooperation with others to achieve desired results.

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.

• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.

Education and/or Certifications: Post-secondary education in fine arts and/or Graphic Design or an equivalent combination of training and experience.Physical Environment / Demands:

• Must be able to attend in-person office meeting once or twice a month as needed.

• This is a remote position so ability to work from home is required.

• Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal.
