Competition #22-069
About the Role
CASA is a trusted non-profit organization delivering holistic, culturally safe wrap-around mental health services to children ages three to 18 and their families in Alberta. We do this through a team of specialized mental health professionals who are trauma experts committed to delivering outcomes-based programming in collaboration with community partners. CASA's vision is a community where all children, youth and their families are provided timely mental health care and empowered to thrive.

CASA is seeking an experienced graphic designer with experience translating visual identity standards into professional print, web and social media materials to tell our organization's story. As our organization grows, CASA's graphic design needs are also growing as we rebrand and revamp our services. The graphic designer will provide in-house design expertise and management of our new graphic, collateral, online and publication inventory.

The designer will be an integrated part of the Communications Team, providing advice and support for communications plans, departmental goals and operational priorities related to CASA's ambitious five-year strategic plan and vision to expand our services and reach more kids and families with mental health treatment.

The graphic designer will manage CASA's visual and collateral brand and identity, while producing a variety of publications and documents for the organization. This may include reports, information sheets, social media and website graphics, maps and diagrams, templates, presentations, brochures, fundraising/marketing campaign brands, advertisements and signage. Reporting to the director of communications, the graphic designer will work closely with all members of the communications team, as well as directly with clients across all areas of the organization. Duties will include:
Understanding, managing and applying CASA's visual identity standards and graphics to a variety of documents, presentations, information sheets and other collateral brand and marketing materials.
Using design software to develop creative marketing campaigns to support fund development initiatives, which may include print/online advertisements, website and social media graphics and other need as determined by each campaign.
