Our team of real estate Graphic Designers, led by the Marketing Manager, showcase creative talent as well as proficiency to produce a wide range of design collaterals. This includes print, digital and web materials that help elevate our corporate brand and our realtors\' brand identities. Bosley Graphic Designers specialize in real estate marketing; they understand that projects are often time sensitive and may need to go the extra mile to ensure designs are completed in a timely manner. Most jobs are quick response, with same day completion. Our in-house printer allows us to produce real estate print marketing materials with fast turn-around times. Fast and fun - your marketing skills get exercised daily! Key Responsibilities of Role:
Corporate creative branding
Creating visual concepts
Resize, touch up and enhance photographs
Illustrations, including logos, sketches and layouts
Social media creative templates for corporate and personal agent use
Social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
Design of infographics and market statistics reports
Office marketing department maintenance and supply reordering
Coordination of printer equipment and inventory management of stock
Troubleshoot and maintain functionality of the printers
Create monthly printing report for accounting
Annually archive prior year\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing files and prepare New Year folders
Prepare and outsource various marketing projects to external printers
Liaise with photographers, printers and tech support
Content creation and website maintenance for bosleyrealestate.com
Employment Requirements:
Proficient spoken and written English
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner, in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of creativity to elevate branding
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign)
Proficiency with the PC Operating System
Ability to deliver unique and creative designs under pressure
Effectively manage production with external parties
Experience with video editing an asset (not a requirement)
Experience using Xerox printers an asset (not a requirement)
Experience with Wordpress an asset (not a requirement)
Work Conditions: Hybrid - onsite 3 x a week at 103 Vanderhoof Avenue, 2 x a week remote, 9am-5pm* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Schedule:
Monday to Friday
