Bring Your Graphic Design Skills to CPA Ontario And Bring Our Brand to Life CPA Ontario is currently in search of a Graphic Designer who will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to bring our brand to life through the design and execution of digital and print assets. From concept through to design and final build, you will be involved in all aspects of the creative process. What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing: Delivering creative work from brief through to execution across internal and external channels, including social media, email marketing, website, digital and print. Working with brand guidelines and toolkits to build campaign deliverables, either from existing assets or producing new content. Managing the asset inventory to ensure materials are easily accessible. Leveraging KPIs to understand key learnings and optimize creative deliverables accordingly. Who You Are: A post-secondary graduate preferably with a degree in Graphic Design combined with a minimum of 3 years design experience from an in-house creative department, agency, or design firm. A proven creative professional with a passion for design, art direction, and asset development with a diverse portfolio of visual content that showcases your creativity and breadth of experience. Skilled in color theory, prepress and die lines combined with strong conceptual skills, as well as design and layout, including composition, color and typography. Experience with GIF/animations and video editing would be an asset. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills. Digitally fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite) along with Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Teams. Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that deadlines are met. Able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with stakeholders with a proven ability to provide and receive feedback. What We Offer: A fast-paced environment.
