John Bead- Graphic Designer PURPOSE OF JOB The Graphic designer will create materials that will showcase our products and company in print, online and through social media platforms. To deliver a consistent look and feel of messages through various promotional creations. To be creative and inspire and think outside the box. Designing our company catalogs is a primary function of this position. JOB SUMMARY 1. The development of promotional materials for our world class beads and crafting materials, including but not limited to; web banners, email graphics for advertisements, catalogs, supplements, product packaging and logo creation. 2. Assembly and layout of product catalogs \xe2\x80\x93the candidate will have a creative approach to product layout and organization. Some product photography will be required. 3. Develop descriptions for products, catalogs and brochures as required. 4. Leading the development of product packaging, starting from concept development, design all the way through to vendor selection, final print approvals and printing. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure graphical control and maintain a consistent brand identity in every project, both externally and internally, by respecting the graphic standards of the company. 2. Create marketing campaigns within tight timelines in support of operational targets. 3. Consult and collaborate to identify target audience and key stakeholders. 4. Create overall layout and graphic elements. 5. Presents proposed ads to marketing team for feedback and consultation. 6. Provides creative input and technical expertise to support marketing department. 7. Completing design projects independently with minimal guidance. 8. Maintains strong relationships with key staff in company. 9. Maintaining established file management systems and protocols.
