As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the creation of various forms of packaging, web and social media assets, and different print mediums. Ideal candidate is responsible, willing to wear many hats, manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities, and excited about getting the job done and making the finished production look amazing.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for packaging design graphics, website development, logos, branding, info graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, ads, in-store POS, digital, social media, editorial content, photography, typography, copywriting, and artistic styling direction
• Accountable for using the principals of good design to layout and format of all marketing and promotional materials, brochures, flyers, sell sheets, and banners
• Incorporate brand approved elements (photography, illustrations, graphic elements, typography and copy) together into a well-designed and constructed message
• Develop and create brand style guides and brand voice documents
• Source and work with new vendors to execute designs and projects
• Translate concepts effectively against objectives and deliver on schedule
• Work collaboratively with various teams to bring design projects from concept to completion
• Review and deliver upon incoming briefs from channel stakeholders, addressing channel goals, and discussing graphic guidelines
• Concept and design of primary and secondary packaging, promotional items, gift sets, displays
• Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing

• Bachelor's degree in design, visual arts or related program
• 4+ years experience working in graphic design
• An exceptional design portfolio demonstrating artistic aptitude and an exceptional sense of design
• Experience in print design/editorial layout or motion design is a plus
• Knowledge of, experience in, and passion for graphic design, digital content, social media, and experiential activation
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with WordPress
• Fully articulate in all design principles, with excellent typography and composition skills
• Demonstrate relentlessly high standards while fostering passion, integrity, and energy
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills including the ability to articulate and justify your design decisions
• Organized and agile with a knack for juggling multiple projects concurrently in a deadline-driven environment
• Self-confident and resilient to the constructive criticism and feedback regarding design work
• Self-motivated, capable of working in a remote work environment
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and conceptual skills
