• Creation of marketing material following the different approval process in place.
• Create and collaborate in the design of some concepts for various projects.
• Creation of assets for social media
• Creation of final product packaging and its components following templates.
• Creation of mock-ups
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product Development teams.
• Been able to complete projects on time, and able to communicate the process of the projects, to the internal clients and project manager.
• Be an organized person and very detail oriented.
• Keep assets updates in the marketing system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in graphic design and packaging design.
• High proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite
• Minimum Associate degree in graphics design
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and have an impeccable attention to detail.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Recognized for being resourceful, energetic and a self-starter.
• Out of the box thinker willing to challenge assumptions when required

• Creer du materiel de marketing dans le respect des divers processus daEUR(TM)approbation en vigueur.
• Creer des concepts pour divers projets, de maniare individuelle ou collaborative.
• Creer du contenu pour les medias sociaux.
• Creer des emballages de produits definitifs et leurs composants, selon les modales et les directives.
• Creer des maquettes.

• Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes de vente et de developpement de produits.
• Respecter les delais serres et communiquer laEUR(TM)avancement des projets aux clients internes et a la personne chargee du projet.
• Veiller a ce que les projets et les dossiers soient organises systematiquement.
• Tenir a jour le materiel dans le systame marketing.

Exigences

• Au moins deux a cinq ans daEUR(TM)experience en graphisme et en conception daEUR(TM)emballages.
• Excellente maitrise de la derniare version de la suite Adobe Creative.
• Diplame associe en graphisme, au minimum.
• Capacite a jongler avec plusieurs taches a la fois, a travailler dans un environnement dynamique et a respecter les echeances.
• Souci du detail et minutie irreprochable.
• Capacite a travailler sous pression de maniare autonome et a gerer plusieurs projets a la fois sans grande supervision.
• Debrouillardise, vivacite et initiative.
• Capacite a sortir des sentiers battus et a remettre en question les faaons de faire au besoin.
• Inventivite, aisance avec la technologie et souci des resultats et de la qualite.
• Grand sens de laEUR(TM)organisation.
• Attitude passionnee, positive et gagnante.
• Capacite de formuler et de recevoir de la retroaction.
• a?thique de travail reconnue et integrite absolue.
